“Through repeated sessions with my son’s private therapists, Trevor was able to establish his needs and appropriate level of support and was able to get my son transferred to an out-of-state residential private and appropriate educational placement fully covered by the school district and DSS, that he still attends to this day. At the same time, he handled the case of child neglect filed against us and was able to prove through an extensive record he obtained that those claims were unsubstantiated and the report was sealed.”

“Trevor Eisenman met with us on several occasions both face to face and in telephone sessions while he maintained close contact with our children’s private and school therapists as well as the school team. He provided us with clear and concise explanations about the proceedings, our son’s educational rights and how to best meet them. While preparing a case to prove that our son’s school had failed to meet his needs as specified in IDEA and request to transfer him to a private placement, we were reported to CPS and alleged to be neglectful parents.
Out of the blue we found ourselves declared unfit parents. Trevor was caring, compassionate and went above and beyond not only to provide us with legal advice and counsel, but to be there as a friend who would call and email frequently trying to make sure every one in our family was coping the best they could. Through repeated sessions with my son’s private therapists, Trevor was able to establish his needs and appropriate level of support and was able to get my son transferred to an out-of-state residential private and appropriate educational placement fully covered by the school district and DSS, that he still attends to this day. At the same time, he handled the case of child neglect filed against us and was able to prove through an extensive record he obtained that those claims were unsubstantiated and the report was sealed.
Trevor Eisenman is passionate about protecting the rights of individuals and specifically those of students with differences. He goes above and beyond to get to know the person as a whole through extensive interviews with school personnel, teachers, aides, and both public and private therapists. He is a professional that always comes prepared to meet the challenges at hand and foresees future complications. Above all Mr. Eisenman is a caring and compassionate individual that made us feel that no matter what happened, we always had an ally there with us.”
